Our lead time can be from 3-8 weeks. It all depends on which services you need done. If you are on a short timeline, we can accelerate by having you approve samples digitally. Production can be as short as 2 weeks - depends on whether we are using materials from our stock or making a special order for your materials. Shipping normally takes 6-10 days across Europe and 1-3 weeks to North America. Couriers may be delayed, subject to COVID-19.
Yes, we can send you free samples out of our stock inventory. You can ask for certain styles (sport, dress, winter, etc.). However, you will need to cover the shipping charge, which can be around €30 for Europe and around $100 to North America. If you want your own custom designs to be developed and sent to you as a sample, we can do that for a small fee. We regularly charge a custom development fee of €50 per design.
The delivery cost for samples is usually around €30 for Europe and around $100 to North America. Delivery for small orders can be up to €0.40 per pair, while larger orders have much more efficient costs, around €0.07 to €0.13 per pair. Delivery to Canada can be done cost efficiently if bundled togther with our regular container shipments. Delivery to the US may be around 10%-30% more expensive than to Europe.
For first-time orders, small customers or complex designs, we often charge a development fee of €50. This is to cover the risk of time wasted with our product development that won’t result in an order. When we are confident in the client, we will develop for you free of charge.
Yes, we have several great sustainable options for yarns. Some examples include GRS certified recycled cotton, recycled polyested, GOTS certified organic cotton, linen, hemp. Even some of our synthetic yarns like polypropylene are considered to be very sustainable based on the Higg Materials Sustainability Index. All of our yarns supplied and production are completely free of harmful chemicals, cetified by OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100.
Our minimum order quantity is 1000 pairs including two colorways for most options we offer. For some special yarns like dyed organic cotton, we have higher MOQs like 1500-2000 pairs. It all depends on the minimum quantity of specific yarn we can order from our suppliers, and also it depends on what we have in stock at our facility.
Depending on the complexity and quantity of the order, production time can take between 4 and 14 days. The average shipping time is 7-12 days. Shipping may be delayed due to circumstances in global logistics.
We offer free samples from our stock, as long as the client covers the shipping charge. For custom samples, we charge a $50 development fee per design plus shipping. The development fee is later deducted from the total order amount.

We have other options, such as GRS certified recycled yarns, GOTS certified organic cotton, linen, bamboo and hemp. All of our yarns supplied and production are completely free of harmful chemicals, certified by OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100.
Our minimum order quantity is 250 pairs per design, including two colorways. For some custom and certified blends, the MOQ may be higher, depending on our inventory levels and supply.
